GOLDTHWAITE -- Funeral services for Martha B, Kemp, 76, of Waco will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 2004, at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home Chapel in Goldthwaite with Mike Moore of First Baptist Church in Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Pecan Wells Cemetery. She died Thursday, Dec. 23, at her home.
Mrs. Kemp was born July 5, 1928, in Laurel Hill, Fla., to John W. White and Archie Dale Burke White. She was married to Eldridge Kemp Oct. 5, 1948, in Fort Gaines, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one great-grandchild; two brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include her husband, Eldridge Kemp of Waco; three children, Linda Marie Lewis of Mona, Utah, John Stephen Kemp of Waco and Kenneth Scott Kemp of Waco; four sisters, Gladys Fountion of Florell, Ala., Leona Ingram of Defuniak Springs, Viona Frazier of Niceville, Fla., and Cile Mitchell of Chipley, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
