This is the oldest stone in St. Peter's Cemetery. It reads as follows:

Here Lyeth Ye Body of Margaret Ye Widow of James Huling who Desest Febry Ye 16th in Ye 76th Yeare of Her Age 1707. Born 1631.

She lived 20 years beyond her husband James Huling, who passed away March 6, 1687 in Newport, Rhode Island. According to The Genealogical Dictionary of Rhode Island, James was a Mariner, and is buried in Newport Cemetery.

She apparently moved with her daughter, Honour Huling Clarke to Lewes, Delaware.
