Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Calvary Christian Fellowship in Shamrock with the Rev. Joe G. Jernigan, officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock by Robertson Funeral Directors.
Mr. Anderson was born June 21, 1926, in Wheeler County to Joseph and Ethel Collins Anderson. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and received the Bronze and Silver Star.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan Johnson of Amarillo and Linda Smith of Oklahoma City; two sons, Gary Forgay of Lela and Sonny Forgay of Erick, Okla.; a brother, Dub Anderson of Amarillo; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society or Accolade Home Health.
