Carol, 69 of Charlotte, died Monday, following a lengthy illness. Carol was the daughter of Wendell and Frances (Brooks) Griffin.
Carol worked as a Nutritionist for M.S.U. Extension and also held a Real Estate License and held a degree in Social work. She enjoyed crocheting doilies and afghans and "lived" for her grandchildren.
She and husband, Jim, were married November 17, 1990. She is survived by Jim; her daughter Denise (John) Steward of Potterville; her son Steven (Elizabeth) Little of Springport; stepchildren Nathan Todd, of Jackson, Mike (Kim) Hector of Charlotte; 6 grandchildren, Ashley Beals, Russell Beals III, Blake Beals, Stephanie Little, Jacob Little and Paige Little; 5 great-grandchildren, Rachelle DeHoff, Ryleigh Beals, Russell Beals IV, Hailey Walters and Macie Walters; 2 step-grandchildren, Clayton Hector and Miranda Hector; two sisters, Jolene Bahr and Wendy (Edward) Bentley all of Charlotte.
Funeral services were held Thursday September 29, at Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte.
