Stockwell - Charles William Baer, 88, a retired Stockwell farmer, died in Bowles nursing home at Clarks Hill at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. He had been in failing health two years and a patient in the nursing home 15 months. Born in Benton county, he resided there and in Tippecanoe county his entire life. He was married in 1897 at Montmorenci to Ollie Belle Griffis. Surviving with the widow is a daughter, Mrs. Edith Sheese of Stockwell.
