Alma (Fortenberry) Parks Rohr, 83, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011, at Dillon Pointe.

Born April 14, 1928, in Startex, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and May (Burnett) Fortenberry.

Alma was the co-founder of Harley's Electronics and she was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, James Edward Rohr of Rock Hill, SC; sons, Steven L. Parks and wife Sheila, and Michael L. Parks and wife Nancy, all of Spartanburg; grandsons, Steven M. Parks and wife Erin of Pauline, K. Ryan Parks and wife Haley of Boiling Springs, and Matthew H. Parks and fiancé' Monica Wallace of Spartanburg; granddaughter, H. Harrison Arnold and husband Rodney of Powell, TN; six great-grandchildren; step-daughters, Julie Low and husband Chris of Knoxville, TN, and Joni Walker and husband Johnny of Rock Hill; step-grandsons, Kenneth J. Walker and wife Lauren of Rock Hill, and Adam and Sean Low, both of Knoxville, TN; step-granddaughter, Elizabeth A. Walker of Rock Hill.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Harley Lamar Parks, Jr.; two sisters; and three brothers.

Visitation was held 1:00 - 2:15 p.m. Monday, September 26, 2011 at Morningside Baptist Church. Funeral services followed at 2:30 p.m., in the church, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Kirk H. Neely and the Rev. Rodney Arnold.

Entombment was in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum.
