Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in City Church with
Donnie Lane Jr., pastor of San Jacinto Community Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, N.M.
Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St.
Mr. Haynes was born in Texico, N.M., and moved to Amarillo in 1943. He
was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. For 40 years, he was a
contract estimator for Amarillo Area Glass and area sales manager for
Pittsburgh Glass.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Haynes, in 1991
and by a daughter, Rebecca Lynn Hayes, in 1980.
Survivors include three sons, Billy Dwayne Haynes, James Michael
Haynes and Joseph Ralph Haynes, all of Amarillo; a sister, Barbara
O'Toole-Gum of Fritch; and a brother, Robert Crabaugh of Sacramento,
Calif.
The family suggests memorials be to Disabled American Veterans Chapter
26.
