Died: September 7, 1832 at Adams, N.Y.
Married: 1st December 7, 1780 EUNICE (or Emma) COOLEY, daughter of Azariah Cooley of South Deerfield, Mass.

Died: February 1, 1829 aged 66 yrs. (g.s.) in Adams, Jeff. Co., N.Y.
Married: 2nd POLLY
Born: 1801
Died: July 3, 1833, aged 32 yrs. (g.s.) at Adams,N.Y.

Service: Carmi Wright volunteered at Old Hadley, Mass., December 1, 1775 in Capt. James Hendreick's Co. Went to Cambridge where Gen. Washington was stationed. This company was placed in Gen. Patterson's Brigade. Served two months. July 1776 served in the Mass. Levies in Capt. Reuben Dickinson's Co., Col. Benj. R. Woodbridge's Regt. Was at Ticonderoga for five months. July 1777 went to Morristown, where the Army under Gen. Washington was stationed, and served two months. The same year went to New London, Conn. under Col. Porter for six weeks. Was at the surrender of Burgoyne in Capt. Kellogg's Co.

Remarks: Carmi Wright and his wives are buried in the Rural Cemetery in the village of Adams, Jefferson County, N.Y.
