Patterson's Brigade. Served two months. July 1776 served in the Mass. Levies in Capt. Reuben Dickinson's Co., Col. Benj. R. Woodbridge's Regt. Was at Ticonderoga for five months. July 1777 went to Morristown, where the Army under Gen. Washington was stationed, and served two months. The same year went to New London, Conn. under Col. Porter for six weeks. Was at the surrender of Burgoyne in Capt. Kellogg's Co.
