CONDO.—Mrs. Anna Barbara (nee Spangler) widow of the late Perry Condo, was born at Rebersburg on November 13th, 1844, and died at Belleville Mifflin County, aged 83 years, 11 months and 27 days. She was the last survivor of a family of ten children, seven sons and three daughters, whose parents were Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Spangler, Sr.
The deceased was survived by one son, J. S. Condo, of Jacksonville, and Mrs. J. A. Smith, of Belleville, with whom the deceased resided for 12 years; also three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She became a christian in early life and united with the Evangelical Church of which she remained a faithful member until death.
Funeral services, in charge of Reverend S. E. Koontz, of Lewistown, were held from her late home at Belleville. Further services were in charge of Reverend J. E. Spangler, of Carlisle, and were held at the son's home at Jacksonville, Centre County.
Interment was in the family plot at Jacksonville.
