Son of Daniel and Bertha Crouch. Enlisted 8-23-1916. Went overseas June of 1917 with Company H, 26th Infantry. Transferred to Co. D, Machine Gun Battalion, 1st Div. Died of Empyema 3-15-1918. Survived by widow, Mamie Harden Crouch and son John Dwight Crouch of Nashville, IN.
