Patricia Sue LeFevre Neely. Born in Denver, September 6, 1932, died here September 26, 2004. Graduate of West High, 1949 and Colorado Woman's College, 1951. Attended the University of New Mexico where she met James V. Neely, whom she married in 1952 in Foote Hall at Colorado Woman's College. During their marriage they lived in Oakland, CA, Honolulu, Camp Lejeune, NC, Albuquerque, Pittsburgh, Silver Spring, MD, Morristown, NJ, Belleview, WA, Potomac, MD, and Niwot and Denver, CO.

In 2002 they held their 50th anniversary party in the same rooms where they were married, in Foote Hall, now Johnson & Wales University. During her active life, she chaired Women's Committees for fund raising for the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, DC; served on the Board of the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra; was President of Club Phil; and chaired the 1999 Symphony Ball fund raiser for the Boulder Orchestra. At her death, she was a member of the Arts Council of the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities.

Pat is survived by her husband James; her [3] daughters... her niece... and [2] grandsons...

Private memorial gathering and private burial are planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Colorado Symphony or the Arvada Center.
