"STAFFORD--Funeral services for Mrs. Effie Powelson, 75, who died Monday at Stafford District Hospital, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the Peacock and Soice Memorial Chapel, Stafford, with Br. Alan Stout officiating.
She was born May 4, 1889 in Stafford, and had lived here all her life. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Charles Lofland, Stafford; a brother, E. L. (Roy) Bagley, Zenith, and two grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Stafford Cemetery. "
