ELIZABETH JANE WEIR
Elizabeth Jane Weir, 80, 708 Gobel, died at her home early Monday morning.
She had been a resident of Rock Springs for 37 years.
Mrs. Weir was born July 28, 1885, in Shildon, England. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Switchmen of North America.
Surviving are three sons, Melvin Weir, Burbank, Calif.; Gordon Weir, Great Falls, Mont.; one sister, Mrs. Beatrice Still, Denver, Colo.; one brother, John Collins, Rock Springs; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon in Rogan Chapel. The Rev. Dean Foley of the Episcopal Church officiated.
Interment was in the IOOF Lodge plot at Mountain View Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Milan Pryich, Harry Fitchett, Don Snowden, William Wardlaw, Jack Collins Jr. and John Kamenski.
