Sara Rebecca Azelene "Azie" McInturf age 99 of Danville passed away Monday, September 19, 2011 at Mitchell's Nursing Home.

She was born May 3, 1912 in Scott County to the late William Edward & Rita Lou Keith Garner. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Preceded in death by her husband, Albert McInturf; sons, Bobby Lee, Carl D. and Stephen McInturf; granddaughters Stephanie Gale McInturf and Connie Sue Nivala McInturf; sisters Evelyn Horn, Faye Horn and Etta Woodard; brothers Velcie Garner and Velmon Garner; son-in-law Ray Horn.

Survivors include son, Willie & Evelyn McInturf of Fairfax, OK; daughters, Joyce & Vernon McCubbin of Magazine; Betty Cherry of Danville; Pat & Calvin Brown of Ranger; Glenda & Albert Horn of Danville; daughters-in-law Elizabeth McInturf of Danville and Doris McInturf of OK; 23 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and 45 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Danville Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will be at Waltreak Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Pallbearers include Stanley McInturf, Floyd McInturf, Greg Cherry, Eddie Brown, Joseph Horn, Derrick McInturf, Jeremy Ellis and Brad Horn.
