Born in Grant County, the daughter of the late John and Pauline (Cosner) Lyon, Mrs. Blackburn has been a member of the Church of the Brethren for 57 years.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Minnie Sions, Moorefield; three brothers, Gilbert Lyon, Moscow, Idaho; Millard Lyon, Detroit and Calvin Lyon, Greenland and three foster daughters, Miss Alice Hipp at home, Mrs. Alvin Rohrbaugh, Petersburg, and Mrs. Eston Rohrbaugh, Elkins.
