Rev. Calvin Luther Connell was the son of Martin and Maria (Dixon) Connell. Pauline S. (Davis) Connell was his 1st wife. Pauline died July 25, 1878. Frances M. (Haight) Connell was his 2nd wife. They were married June 8, 1880. Frances died February 24, 1920. Their only son, Luther, was killed in France during World War I. Rev. Connell was a minister in the Central New York Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
