J.A. Richardson Dies Early This Morning
John Henry Richardson, 89, died at 6:45 a.m. today at his home in Globe following a long illness. He was born June 9, 1863 in Texas and had lived in Globe for 26 years.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 22 at 5 p.m. in the Globe Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Richardson is survived by his wife, Savanah, Globe; three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Griffin, Central Heights; Mrs. Ruth Edwards and Mrs. Marie Schute, Globe; four sons, Tom Richardson, deputy sheriff in Miami, Edward, Miami, Lock, globe, and W.H. Richardson, former sheriff of Miami, and a sister, Mrs. A.J. Lyons of Globe.

According to his death certificate, he was the son of Dudley Richardson and Kathryn Cox both born in Texas. He was a retired rancher at the time of his death and was living at 739 East Maple St. in Globe. He died at home of a coronary occlusion.
