Lindell Arland Hatcher, 48, of the Dunns Road, died Thursday evening, September 15, 2011 at his residence. Born October 17, 1962, at Beckley, he was the son of Athlene Ellison Hatcher of Flat Top and the late William Arland Hatcher. Lindell was a graduate of Spanishburg High School in 1980. Lindell was an machinist for Swanson Industries and Downard Hydraulics both of Princeton. He was a member of Mountain Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Lindell loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, woodworking and riding his Harley Davidson. He will lovingly be remembered and sadly missed by his mother, Athlene Hatcher, his wife Nancy Louise Lambert Hatcher, three children; Gregory Arland Hatcher, Corey Justin Hatcher and Amy Lynn Hatcher, one great grandchild, Gregory Arland Hatcher Jr. Two siblings; Larry Kevin Hatcher & his wife Valerie Lambert of Bland VA; Adopted brother, Daryl Ray Hatcher & wife Tabitha of White Sulphur Springs. Funerals services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 19, 2011 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens road in Princeton with Pastors Joe Mack Taylor and Wayne Bolen officiating. Burial will follow in the Carlyle Ellison Family Cemetery on the Dunns Road near Flat Top. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour. Serving as pallbearers will be John Ellison, V. Leon Lambert Jr., Roy M. Ellison Jr., Joey Ellison, Frankie Miller, and Gregory Hatcher.
