Mrs. Emmett J. Lineberry
Mrs. Alcy M. Landreth Lineberry, 85, of Roanoke, widow of Emmett J. Lineberry and a native of Carroll County, died in a Roanoke hospital early Tuesday morning, No­vember 26, 1968.
She was a daughter of the late Rev. J. J. Landreth and wife, Mrs. Clementine Phillippi Landreth.
Surviving are five sons, Rixey E. Lineberry, Galax; W. Paul Lineberry, Akron, Ohio; Dallas Q. Lineberry, Hopewell, and W. Greek Line­berry and Curtis G. Line­berry, both of
Roanoke; five daughters, Mrs. Paul D. Cain Jr., Mount Airy, N. C.; Mrs. Frank Warden, Draper; Mrs. Zella L. Dean and Mrs. Beulah Nelson, both of Roanoke, and Mrs. Gordon V. Pace, Strasburg; one brother, former State Senator S. Floyd Landreth, Galax; and five sis­ters, Mrs. Curtis Leonard, Mrs. E. E. Lineberry, Mrs. Helen Leonard and Mrs. Blanche Nelson, all of Galax, and Mrs. Florida Rickman, Hillsville.
Funeral services will be conducted at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel today (Thursday) at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Robert L. Bradley, pastor of Westhampton Christian Church, Roanoke.
Interment will be at 1 p.m. in Felts Memorial Cemetery, Galax.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, contribu­tions be made to the Memorial Fund of Westhampton Chris­tian Church, Roanoke.
