Alvaretta O. Recob was the daughter of William and Mary Ann (Wilson) Recob. The 1870 census has her age as 16 years. Her gravestone, with she shares with her sister, Zelia A. Recob, has her death date as 14 Aug, 187? (I can't make out the last digit). A record of internments at Pleasant Hill Cemetery has her age as 17y 5m 2d. Using the 1870 census age, this gives the birth and death dates I've posted here.

There has been a lot of confusion between this Alvaretta and the Alvaretta Barker who married Leonidas M. Recob in Richland County on 18 Oct 1871. They most definitely aren't the same person. Nor was either Alvaretta married to Lycurgus Recob.
