Ramona was the daughter of Juan Pablo and Maria Rosa de Los Reyes Cisneros Labadie. Her siblings were: Juana Maria, Juan Jr., Jose Lorenzo, Maria Manuela, Maria Vicenta, Maria de Jesus and Luz. She married Captain Ramon Antonio Baca and theire children were; Tomas, Encarnacion, Maria Quiteria, Rosa Felicita, Amada, Luz and Prudencia.
Along with her husband, they settled San Mateo and named their Ranch near El Rito (south of San Mateo), "La Provedencia".
After her husband's death, she moved to Albuquerque where she later passed away at the age of 91.
