BREWER - Mildred E. Damon, 87, wife of the late Joseph H. Damon, Jr. died June 17, 1994. She was born in Boston, Mass. Aug. 29, 1906. She was a graduate of Boston Girls Latin School. She received her BA from Simmons College and her MA from Boston University. Mrs. Damon taught business subjects in Waldoboro. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, The Rev. Joseph and Nancy Damon III and their children, Melissa, Timothy and Melaine, all of Sanford; a daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Stephen Burrill and their daughter, Emily, all of Brewer. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Achorn Cemetery, Old County Road, Rockland, with the Rev. Joseph Damon officiating. Gifts in her memory may be sent to the Hymnal Fund, Waldoboro First Baptist Church, care of Mrs, Wayne Genthner, P.O. Box 112, Waldoboro, Me. 04572
