J. William Bill Wasson, 53, of Valley Township, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007, in UPMC Braddock. He was born Nov. 10, 1954, the son of Lois (Bleakney) Wasson, of Valley Township, and the late Jesse A. Wasson, who died in August 1998. He attended Mt. Union Bible Church. He previously worked as an auto mechanic. He furthered his education as a draftsman and also worked at Pullman Standard in Butler and Zimmermans on Route 8. He enjoyed working on cars, liked hunting and shooting, and loved the outdoors. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Jeff Wasson, of Ford Cliff; and his fiancee and best friend, Sandra Hrabczuk, of Pittsburgh. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Jack Peters, church pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
