Services for Mrs. Retta Dugas Poulan, 72, of 1504 Clydeway Drive, who died Wednesday, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Don Edwards will officiate.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Fred Colvin of Murfreesboro: brother, Cleve Dugas of Murfreesboro; two grandchildren, Rush Pierce and Shan Graves Colvin, both of Murfreesboro and a great-grandchild, Rush Lee Colvin of Murfreesboro.

Her husband, the late Capt. Rush Poulan, died during WW II while serving with the U.S. Army Air Corps.

Pallbearers will be Bill Hargis, Wayne Love, Larry Mapp, Rucker Collier, Bill Lynch and Bob Jones.

Memorials may be made to the MTSU Foundation or a book may be given to Linebaygh Library.

Her parents were the late Pierre and Helene Blanche Blanchard Dugas.

A native of Oil City, La., she had lived in Shreveport, La., before moving here in 1972.
