MISS RUTH TERHUNE'S FUNERAL HELD TODAY
BODY OF WELL KNOWN HIGH SCHOOL GIRL WILL THEN BE TAKEN TO HAGERSTOWN, IND
This morning at 10:30 o'clock at the home of her parents, 609 West Powers street, the funeral services will be conducted over the body of Miss Ruth Terhune, 17, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Terhune, who did early Tuesday morning at local hospital. The Rev. B. M. Nice, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, of which Miss Terhune was a member, will officiate. Following the services the body will be taken to Hagerstown, the former home of Mr. and Mrs. Terhune, where interment will be made.

following an operation performed several weeks ago, Miss Terhune was again seized a few days ago, and her condition became so serious Sunday that she was removed to a hospital, where she succumbed before another operation could be performed. Miss Terhune was a member of the sophomore class of the Muncie high school and was very popular among her classmates. Her class, with one of the school instructors, together with a large number of her intimate friends, will attend the service.
