Surviving are his wife: Brenda Miles Bailey; 3 sons: James Ray Bailey, Jessie Bailey, and P.J. Miles; 3 daughters: Jessie Lou, Jeanette, and Bonnie Sue Gibson; 2 brothers: Moses Bailey of Herman, Tennessee and Raymond Bailey of Smoot Creek; 4 sisters: Matilda Bailey of Herman, Tennessee, Lula Belle Collins of Pensacola, Florida, Nancy Bailey of Highpoint, North Carolina, and Betsy Bailey of Highpoint, North Carolina; 2 grandchildren: Casey Miles and Angela Amburgey. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Lighthouse Church with Glen Gross, Jimmy Cook, and Bobby Pike officiating. Visitation: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Lighthouse Church. Burial will follow in the Babe Ison Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
