Celestia LeFerne Heath, 87, died Thursday at Ball Hospital after a month's illness. Mrs. Heath had resided for 55 years at 1412 W. Jackson St. with her husband of 68 years, Otto Heath.
Mrs. Heath was born on a farm on Everett Road, now a part of Ball State University. She attended Delaware County schools and spent her life in this community. She was a member of Women of the Moose.
In addition to her husband, her only survivors are nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Meeks Mortuary, with Rev. Donald Barnes officiating. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Friends may call at the mortuary one hour before services.
