A native of Henderson County, she was a daughter of the late Malcomb and Elizabeth Fields Cagle.
Mrs. Lunsford was a member of Freedom Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Willard Paul Lunsford; daughters Peggy L. Brown (Jack) of Asheville, Nell L. Keith (Harlon) of Cosby, TN, and Beth L. Cottingham (Rufus) of Dillon, SC; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with the Rev. Keith Hutchinson officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
