Word was recieved here of the death of Edward A Siguaw of Spokane, Wash., on January 28 after an illness of a year, at the Veteran's hospital at Portland, Ore.

He was formerly a rural carrier on route one at Cathay formany years and transferred to a city route in Spokane in 1931, so he will be well remembered here.

He was a veteran of World Wars I and II and a member of the John R. Monagoan post No. 51, VFW. A members of the St. Paschal Catholic Church and Spokane Aerie No. 2 FOE.

Mrs. Siguaw is the former Roberta Stokke of Cathay. There are seven children, all which survive him: (Dorothy) Mrs. Thomas O'Brien, Pelam Manor, NY.; Dick Siguaw, U.S. Navy; Petsy, Irene, Lucille, Alan and Gene, all at home.

He also leaves three sisters and one brother: Mrs. Nora Carpenter, Spokane; Mrs. Ida Hell of Langdon, N. Dak., and William Siguaw of Wallwalla.

Funeral services were held at St. Paschal Catholic church, Spokane, on Saturday, January 31 and interment was made in Holy Cross Cemetery.
