Vickie June Bost Ballew, 58, of Lexington, passed away Friday, April 30, 2010 at her home.

Vickie was born June 27, 1951 in Lexington, the daughter of Herschel O. and Ina L. Howes Bost. She married Paul Ballew June 23, 1973 in Lexington; he survives of the home.

In addition to her husband, survivors include: two children: Jason Ballew and Lindsay O'Doniel, all of Lexington; four grandchildren; one brother, Steven H. Bost, Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Gloria Rose and Connie Bost, both of Lexington.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be made to Village Hospice.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, May 3, at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. Services will be at 6 p.m., Tuesday, May 4, at Lexington United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Lexington Memory Gardens.
Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington.
