The daughter of James Franklin Roberts & Lenora Dubie. Born in Avondale, West Virginia, she was a homemaker, an accountant and a member of the Independent Church of God in Avondale. She married Clifford Osborne in Avondale in 1980. They made their home together in Grundy, Virginia. Tena died on August 30th at the Buchanan General Hospital in Grundy, following an extended illness. Funeral services were held on September 2nd at the Independent Church of God in Avondale. Burial followed in the Mullins Cemetery on Crane Ridge near Avondale, West Virginia.
