Houston Gaines Musgrove, 75, former vice-president of the First National Bank of Aubrey, Denton County and for 17 years a resident of Dallas, died Monday at his home, 1817 Euclid. Mr. Musgrove came to Texas in 1886 from Alabama and settled in Alvord, Wise County, where he worked in a bank. In 1902 he went to Aubrey as vice-president of the First National Bank there. In 1914 he gave up banking and went to Denton where he was engaged in the hardware business until his retirement in 1923. At that time he moved to Dallas.

Survived by his wife; three daughters; five sons; a sister; two brothers; and six grandchildren.

Services 4 p. m. Tuesday Holtz-Shelton Funeral Home. Burial in Restland Memorial Park.
