The child died at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital Monday of what the family physician described as a comparatively rare occurrence, a spontaneous rupture of the stomach.
Born in Sheboygan Dec. 27, 1952, John Leon Cornell is survived by his parents; two brothers, James 3, and (private); the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Jacobi, Cleveland; the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Alice Cornell, Sheboygn; and a great-grandfather, Elmer E. Cornell, Port Washington.
The Rev. Eldon Bode, pastor of Ss. John and Peter Church in Centerville, will conduct the services Wednesday, and burial will be in Town Centerville, Kassa Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today.
