Salem, Aug. 9. Russell E. Bagley, 61, of 251 W. State St., Salem died suddenly at 12:45 a.m. today in the Salem Central Clinic.

Mr. Bagley was born in Pittsburgh, PA, Dec. 25, 1901, the son of Joseph and Margaret Duetch Bagley. He is survived by his wife, Lillian Lambright Bagley of the home; four sons, Joseph of the Army in Arkansas, Thomas of Lisbon and James and John of Salem and a brother Ralph of Alliance.

Mr. Bagley also leaves five daughters, Mrs. Margaret Nigro of Buffalo, N.Y., Mrs. Betty Nigro of Buffalo, Mrs. Martha Turner of Cincinnati, Miss Sara Bagley of Youngtown and Mrs. Linda Corfee of Mavern, PA and 13 grandchildren.

Services will be at the Stark Memorial Inc. in Salem. Burial will be in the Alliance City Cemetery.
