Albert was born to Zelburt Curnutt and Etta Renolds in Holdenville, OK. Albert went home to his Heavenly Father on September 8, 2011.
He is preceded in death by his parents Zelburt Curnutt and Etta Langford. His sons, Henry Monroe and Larry Dale. His sister, Laura Foster, Cereo Shiplet, Louise Seiple, and Rachael Mack. His brother, Finis Curnutt and granddaughter, Nicole Curnutt.
He is survived by one brother G.A. Langford of Concas, NM. His children, Albert Z. Curnutt Jr. (Billie) of Albuquerque, NM Beverly Lancaster (Rex) of Farmington, NM. Gale L Curnutt of Rio Rancho, NM, Margaret Jones (Robert) of Portales, NM. His grandchildren, Jeff and Bobbie Boitnott, David Boitnott, Debbie Vigil, Greg and Katrina Kraft, Todd and Inez Redden, Rodney and Tina Curnutt, Mark Curnutt, Stephen and Adranna Curnutt. 9 step grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. His best friend, Ed Whimpy of San Antonio, TX (Thanks Ed). A special thank you to the ladies of Fairhaven Assisted Living.
He served in the U.S. Calvary and U.S. Air Force. He attended Bible Class at the University of Portales; he went to Multnomia School of the Bible in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Portales. He was a Chaplin at Clovis Memorial Hospital for a few years and was very active in church. He worked for Firestone in Tucson, AZ and Los Angeles, CA. He had his own Contracting Business in Clovis for 15 years.
Funeral Service will be held at Monday, September 12, 2011, 11:00 am, at Calvary Baptist Church in Portales. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be great grandsons.
