My Little Angel

That glorious day you came into my life,
You filled it with so much joy,
You were just what I wanted a baby boy,
and I was like a child with a new toy.
I was walking on cloud nine
for the Lord sent you here to be mine.
Then came that tragic day, when
the Lord called you away, & now
I miss you every night & every day.
I know you were almost seven, but
you must be the loveliest angel in Heaven.
And on each anniversary of that
most tragic & sorrowful day,
I look towards the Heaven's & say.....
"Dear Lord please watch over my little
Angel for me, for I so much want
to see him again someday....."
