David R. Biermann of Spring Grove for 34 years. The visitation for David R. Biermann, 68, will be from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 12 noon Tuesday, Sept. 13, at Spring Grove Funeral Chapel, 8103 Wilmot Road (one mile north of Route 12), Spring Grove. Burial will be in Cole Cemetery. Born Sept. 18, 1942, he died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, in Woodstock. Mr. Biermann worked for Ford Motor Company for 50 years. He graduated with the first graduating class of Maine West High School in Des Plaines. David enjoyed fishing and was a Chicago Bears fan. He is survived by his son David; brother William (Patricia); sister, Karen; stepdaughter, Lorri (Christopher); five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita; his son, Paul; three sisters; and one brother.
