DOWNING, T.F. - Death removed a pioneer preacher last week when Rev. T.F. Downing died at his home north of Beaty. Over twenty years ago the editor heard this good old man, then a veteran in the gospel work, preach perhaps the first sermon we heard in Arkansas. Peace, forever, to Rev. Downing.
