Katherine Ina Warren was born on March 3, 1962 at Orlando, FL, the daughter of Lee James Ledgerwood and Erma Lavetta (Rosenbum) Ledgerwood. She passed away September 1, 2011 at her home in Birch Tree, MO.
She was united in marriage to Phillip Warren in October of 1979, and to this union two children were born.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Warren, and one sister, Loraine Ledgerwood.
She is survived by her parents, Lee and Erma Ledgerwood of Birch Tree, MO; one son, Donald Warren of Birch Tree, MO; one daughter, Amy Warren of Birch Tree, MO; three brothers: Howard Ledgerwood and wife, Laura, of Centerville, AL, Roger Ledgerwood and wife, Kristy, of Birch Tree, MO and Curtis Ledgerwood and wife, Louise, of Birch Tree, MO; three sisters: Peggy Moore and husband, Andy, of Birch Tree, MO, Patsy Ledgerwood of Birch Tree, MO and Margaret Sechrest and husband, Larry Jo, of Birch Tree, MO; seven grandchildren: Delaina, Danielle, Kailyn, Alyssa, Lindsey, Jayden, Blayne and one on the way; and a host of other family and friends.
Kathy loved fishing and being outdoors. She enjoyed keeping and growing beautiful house plants. Most of all, Kathy had a big heart and loved spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends.
She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Corinth Cemetery in Birch Tree, MO with Bro. Robert Gifford officiating under the direction of Duncan Funeral Homes of Birch Tree, MO.
