She is survived by her son, Donald E. Froh, and his wife, Ellie, of Little York, NY; 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; and a son-in-law, Barrett Judson, of Lancaster, NH. She was predeceased by a daughter, June Judson, 2 grandsons, and a great grandson. Mrs. Froh was born, July 27, 1900, in Milwaukee, WI, daughter of John and Helen (Steiner) Petrie. She grew up in Wisconsin and lived in Douglas and Whitinsville prior to moving to Sutton in 1960. At the time of her death, Mrs. Froh was in possession of the Boston Post Road Cane, awarded to Sutton's oldest living citizen. She was a member of the Village Congregational Church in Whitinsville, the Sutton Senior Center, and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was known as an excellent cook, and she enjoyed braiding rugs.
A funeral will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, September 27, in the Village Congregational Church, Church Street, Whitinsville. Burial will follow in South Sutton Cemetery.
