Mrs. JOHN LaFLAMME
The funeral of Mrs. Mary LaFlamme, 93, widow of John LaFlamme, and formerly of Browning Place, Bennington, who died Wednesday morning after a long illness, will be Friday at 10 am at Sacred Heart Church, where the Liturgy of Christian Death and Burial will be offered. A prayer service at 9:30 at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home will precede the funeral Mass. Entombment will be in Park Lawn Cemetery Vault, with burial in the spring in that cemetery.
She was a native of Wallingford, born Oct 12, 1880, a daughter of Zeb and Mary (Rondeau) Trombley, and received her education in schools in that town. She first married George Bushee, who died in 1923. Later she was married to Mr. LaFlamme, who died several years ago. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and belonged to St. Anne;s Society of that church.
She is survived by a son Alfred Bushee of Bennington; a sister, Lena Hebert of Springfield, Mass.; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9. The wake service and recitation of the Rosary will be at 7.
