RECENT DEATHS
McFARLAND – Mrs. T.J. McFarland, 73, died Monday afternoon at her home in the Barr community four miles south of Drummond.
Mrs. McFarland, who had come to Oklahoma at the Opening of the Cherokee Strip, had been in ill health for the past three years.
Surviving her are two children, Mrs. Henry Cozart and Mrs. A.H. McFarland, both of the Barr community, and two grandchildren, McFarland and Adell McFarland, also of the Barr community.
Funeral services were held in her home Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. C.E. Heisel officiating. Burial was to be in the Waukomis cemetery with the Brown Funeral Home in charge.
Pallbearers were Clarence Wilson, Guy Bartlett, Bill Light, Edwin Wegener, Clyde Peterman and Carl Long.
