Louis J. Neuhaus, 53, of 1130 N. Fourth Street, passed away suddenly at Sheboygan Memorial hospital Wednesday after suffering an attack while at work at the Sheboygan Fruit Box company. He was apparently in good health and had been working every day.
Deceased was born April 5, 1888, in town of Herman, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Neuhaus. He attended the rural schools and was confirmed at the Immanuel church in town of Herman by the Rev. Martin. Since 1908 he had made his home in this city and was employed at the Sheboygan Fruit Box company for many years. He was a member of the Zion Reformed church.
Survivors are five sisters, Mrs. Albert Martin of town of Herman, Mrs. Emma Eick and Mrs. Paul Bischoff of this city, Mrs. Laura Johanning of town of Sheboygan Falls and Mrs. Hilda Runge of Manitowoc; one brother, Albert of Manitowoc. His parents preceded him in death.
