Mrs. Adelia May Lynn, 70, of 6920 Lackman road, Johnson County, died last night at St. Mary's
hospital. She was born in Shawnee and lived in that area all her life. Mrs Lynn retired a year ago
after working 20 years for Nelly Don Inc. She was a member of the Shawnee Methodist Church.
Mrs Lynn was a former president of the Shawnee American Legion post auxiliary and was a
member of the Greenwood grange. She leaves three sons, Lloyd E. Lynn of Olathe,
Elden S.Lynn of De Soto in Johnson County, and Kenneth A. Lynn of the home,
Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren Services will be at 10:30 O'clock
Monday at the Amos Chapel, Shawnee; burial in Pleasant View Cemetery Shawnee,
Friends may call at the chapel after 2 O'clock Sunday
