Obituary for Emma Jeanette (Hawse) O'Brien:
Mrs. Emma Jeanette O'Brien, 80, wife of William Taylor O'Brien, died at her Wiley Ford Home yesterday following an illness of several years.
A native of Buckingham county, she was the daughter of the late George and Frances (Layman) Hawse and held membership in the Wiley Ford Church of the Brethren.
Surviving besides her husband, are three sons, Floyd O'Brien, Greenville, Ohio; Irvin O'Brien, Buffalo, NY, and Fred O'Brien, Wiley Ford; one daughter, Mrs Gertie Whitacre, Wiley Ford; one sister, Mrs. Charles Custer, Greenville, Ohio; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The body will remain at Rogers Funeral Home, Keyser, WV, until 12:30 tomorrow when it will be taken to the Wiley Ford Church of the Brethren where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Rev Vernon Beckman, pastor, will officiate and internment will be in Knobley Cemetery.
