ELLENBURG CENTER--Mrs. Catherine Tourville, 70, died Tuesday night at the CVPH Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 10, 1906 in Lyon Mountain the daughter of Alex and Matilda (Barcomb) Miner.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs. William (Theresa) Begor of Mooers Forks and Mrs. John (Bernice) Sibley of Morrisonville; four sons, Raymond, Gordon and Richard Tourville, all of Ellenburg Center, and Ronald Tourville of Chateaugay; four sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Bertha) Soucia and Mrs. Lillian Miner, both of Brainardsville, Mrs. Exina Gillette of Chateaugay and Mrs. Alfred (Mabel) Wright of Albany; 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grand-children.
Calling hours at the Drown Funeral Home in Ellenburg Depot will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Edmund's Church in Ellenburg.
Entombment will be in the parish cemetery vault.
