LEIDY - Bernadine S. "Sis", 78, East Freedom, formerly of Adams Township, died November 5. 1994, at Valley View Nursing Home. Born November 23, 1915, in Adams Township, daughter of James and Elizabeth (Hofecker) Bunn.
Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Malcolm Weyandt, who died in January 1959; second husband, Theodore Leidy, who died November 1988; also brothers, Clair and Orville.
Survived by these children: Leroy Weyandt, East Freedom; Russell Weyandt, Cleveland, Ohio; stepchildren: Dorothy Chenushin, Youngstown, Ohio; Betty Sekerak; Ronald Leidy; and Dean Leidy, all of Nanty Glo. Survived by eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and eight step-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Homer J. George Funeral Home, Salix, where service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Lynn Johnston. Interment, Dunlo United Methodist Cemetery.
