BARBARA LOU SCHULENBURG JORDAN born on July 23, 1935 in Houston, Texas, died peacefully at her home on November 24th in Columbus, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Annie Schulenburg.

Survived by husband, James E. Jordan; brother E. W. Schulenburg and wife Judy of Carrollton, Georgia; nephews Gregg and Jeff Schulenburg their spouses and children of Carrollton, Georgia.

Barbara worked 32 years for Rockwell Intl. and moved in retirement to Columbus, Texas. The Live Oak Art Center and local artist group became her retirement consuming interest.

Funeral services will be at Henneke Funeral Home 1515 Montezuma, Columbus, Texas on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. Reverend Bill Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make your contribution to her favorite interest the Live Oak Art Center 1014 Milam, Columbus, Texas 78934 or to a charity of your choice.
