An Amber Alert was issued on May 25, 2003, after Cody, 4, disappeared from his home in Deer Park, Texas. A few hours later it was canceled after Cody was found in a neighbor's swimming pool. He had drowned. Police do not know how Cody managed to slip unnoticed from his residence and get to the pool. His death was ruled an accident.
