[Obituary – The News, Frederick, Maryland, August 31, 1892]
Mrs. Maggie Brandenburg, widow of the late Ezra Brandenburg, died Friday 26th inst., of heart trouble at the residence of her brother in law, Mr. Garrison Brandenburg, near Kemptown. She leaves for grown children, two sons and two daughters. Funeral services were held in Providence Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, by the Rev. W. J. Floyd. Interment was made in the cemetery adjoining. W. T. Lewis was the funeral director.
